Where is the photographer?

Simon and Sanne returned from a surf holiday in Fuerteventura and we waited at the Charleroi airport for them to give them a ride home.
Took the occasion to see another Jan Fabre expedition in Namur; 'Facing Time - Felicien Rops/Jan Fabre. So spent the day in the city, visiting the museums and walked around town looking for statues. This one is one of his most famous ( and again funny) creations.
The photographer on the wall of the citadel takes the same position as the figure on the tortoise.
