The Worlds Most Complictated Sandwich!

Is it me?

I mean how many people does it take to make a roll with some salad, some meat and some dressing!

I do love a Subway .. but it all seems a little convoluted to me!

We are off on our travels once more ... a few days in Lincolnshire for the boat trip we should have done last month.

It was a late night journey, so we stopped at Mos Eisley ... or Hopwood Services for our tea.

I've been looking forward to this weekend for a little while!
