Burned car

This scene is kind of often in Buenos Aires, I don't why this cars are burned.
I heard that there was an anarchy group that burned them, but it was supposed that they do that on rich neighborhoods.
It is also possible to find these burned cars on the border of some routes outside the city, people told me that is it possible that those cars were used on robberies or kidnappings and were left there to burn the evidence.
