Town Centre Master Plan

Today the Council held a Master Plan information and 'have your say' session at the community hall.  

It was really well organised, but not well publicised and there were lots of people that I spoke to that didn't know anything about it and even then perhaps didn't realise what an opportunity this was for the locals to have a say about their town - what they love, and what they'd like to change.  This master plan sets up the direction of the town for the next 10 - 20 years and if funding becomes available, this plan will dictate where it is directed and how it is spent.  

The drop in has now been and gone, but all is not lost.  You can still have your say for a couple more weeks on the net.
