The second entry in my ongoing series of things in a plastic colander! Entry one was a couple of days ago! ;o)

We had the first potatoes out of the potato bin today. Planted back on the 10th of May! The four beans are the meagre pickings from that crop and there are plenty more carrots to come!

We had them with barbecue chicken burgers this evening. Dad is bringing us a tray full from the allotment tomorrow so we are sorted for fresh veg!
