Row the Erne

Busy, wonderful, hectic day filming a traditional curach boat made by the community in Enniskillen (Northern Ireland). It was the first sunny day in weeks there, so we were really lucky. I joined in rowing at one point with the group which was good fun, and we had a lunchtime picnic on an island in the middle of the water. We interviewed the people taking part, and felt very welcomed by everyone. In the evening we had an amazing time sat on the front of a beautiful boat filming as a different group rowed the curach further into the Erne. I had a quick swim in the gorgeous water, then we headed back as the sun was setting, arriving back into town in the dark.
