NAMA 1

Robert Warren planned Killiney Hill as a massive Italian styled property development in the early 1800s; when he couldn't get planning permission |(from Dublin City Council) he 'transferred' the property to the Council as a pubic park.  Take the tour any Thursday before end Sept to see the plans, straight out of any modern day property supplement.

Should add that Mr Warren also helped the poor during 'ice famine' of late 1700's; building the walls we see today. Take tour to hear what caused the ice famine.
