Secret Garden

Shoegirl and I met up in the City this afternoon, grabbed a couple of bargains and then went for Afternoon Tea at the new library, which was very pleasant indeed.

This is the view from the Secret Garden which is almost at the top of the building. There is a higher viewpoint but it was closed today. Anyway, as we had to do the last few floors via the stairs (the queue was too long for the lift) this was quite high enough.
