Eccentric display

This must be one of the oddest little performances I've seen in Town for a while. The man appeared to be an Irish Jew.

I Googled "daughter of Tyre' as my biblical knowledge is a bit rusty and read the following from The King James Bible "And the daughter of Tyre shall be there with a gift; even the rich among the people shall intreat thy favour."

He may have a point!
