surprised!

In Portnoo & George invited us to have dinner with them, I was apprehensive when Oysters were mentioned. Lots of preparation was involved, but the way they were cooked, along with the mussels & beetroot (from the Game of Thrones cast off props) made for a very enjoyable meal.
