Kombucha making

Kombucha is a Chinese fermented beverage that has bacteria cultures similar to yogurt. It's easy to make by adding a SCOBI culture to sweet tea. The SCOBI is sometimes called the mother, and it's the thing in the container. It's very strange but the kombucha is good!
