four legged friend

It was a lovely morning so I took advantage of it and went for a lovely walk. About 3 miles in beautiful sunshine, peace and tranquility which was just what I needed. My little companion didn't come with me, he can manage it but he slows me up, so we went on a shorter walk later. Well that's my exercise for the day!
