Walk in the woods

Well, I was walking and they were cycling :)
The day started out with great weather and a nice walk with Daníel in Kjarnaskógur woods. But after I got home I have been struggling with this sudden and awful fibro-flare, much like what happened one afternoon in Reykjavík last month.
Painkillers and off to bed again...hope I'll be better tomorrow morning since it's work and lots to do next week.
