When a little leak...

Luckily spotted a little leak before it became worse.

Got the experts round to replace the hot water cylinder who managed to knock a cold water pipe in the process of getting it out which caused water to downpour through the walls, into a cupboard, into the bedroom next door and across the ceiling. Fortunately after about 4 days it had dried out and not too much damage; compensation on its way!
