Mono Monday - Bigger
It's been a beautiful morning just right for doing a wash and hanging it on the line! I noticed the differing sizes of tomatoes near the whirly line and decided they'd do for today's Mono Monday. We were given three small plants at the beginning of the summer and we now have three much much BIGGER plants with lots of cherry toms on the way!! The ones we've tasted are really delicious, so we're looking forward to the rest!
Work has finally started on demolishing and rebuilding a much bigger house across the fields from us. I heard the digger and then saw huge clouds of black smoke. I went along the road with camera in hand to investigate, and met an elderly gentleman from up near the parish hall. We had a really nice chat about the demolition and his two dogs Barney and Cassie, an Alsatian cross and a Jack Russel. They were really lovely dogs who decided they quite liked me and the feeling was mutual.
Actually I should've photographed the dogs as one was definitely BIGGER than the other!
Thanks to TheAphid for hosting this month.
Added an extra of a female Great Green Bush Cricket. She looks like she is laying eggs in the paving cracks. Does anyone know if this could be possible, as it seems like a strange place to do it?
