The Silvery Tay

"Beautiful Railway Bridge Of The Silvery Tay" these were the immortal words and first line of the poem The Sivery Tay by William McGonagall 1825/1902 some people say he was Scotlands worst poet anyway this was my view heading up to Dundee as a passenger on a Scotrail train to work our Aberdeen to Penzance service back to Edinburgh on a damp dreich day looking West up the Firth of Tay towards Perth so this is my blip for the day of the Tay oh I sound like a poet and i dinny even know it :-) dont give up the day job Youngie coz yeh'l no make any money !
