Kingfisher

A morning of pure magic.  The male kingfisher was wonderfully co-operative.  He perched on the sticks near us.  He flew past carrying fish. He then perched on a different branch and it was perfectly placed for us to keep taking photos.  He wasn't worried. He was on a  mission.  He was fishing to take stuff to the nest.

I'm learning about my new camera body.  One of the other enthusaists there has the same model and he was very helpful. In time, my photos will improve. But today's photo is courtesy of a wonderful feathered friend.
