Wednesday...

Is the designated day of Alfred's pre-holiday stripping.  It's going to be a long job by the look of him and he gets less and less tolerant of it each time...  Still it's got to be done - Mr K likes a well-groomed Border.  I like them shaggy or 'in the rough' as Alfred's breeder referred to it once.  Nice, long(ish), slightly curling locks! But no, Wednesday I'll be on my knees following Alfred around the living room for at least two hours, stripping here and there till it's done, and he'll be short haired, slick and smart (ish) come Wednesday evening...   :-)
