Special delivery

Dear Ireland,

We are happy to deliver the clement weather that you ordered in November 1978. 
Sorry, it go sidetracked for a little while in our sorting office in Riyadh. 

But there you go, better late than never. 

Oh, by the way, it got a little bit broken while in transit. 
The blue sky works perfectly fine but the thermostat is a little bit banjaxed. The temperature won't go above 18 degrees (Celsius though, lucky you). 

We hope that this has not undermined the trust that you place in us. 
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for having chosen us as preferred transporter for all your national debt repayments. You won't be disappointed! 

And apologies again for the Clement Weather package. 

I won't happen again. (The delay, not the clement weather).
