Raatteen tie.

My uncle asked if I wanted to join him and his gf for a trip to Raatteen tie. Raatteen tie is a place, where Finland and USSR battled a war in 1940. The USSR attacked Finland but if I have undestood right, the army of USSR told to their solders that Finland atacked first...?? Not sure if I undestand it right.
