Confederation Park

Had some time before my doctors appointment today, so spent a beautiful hour sitting in the park. It didn't seem as hot as it has been, although there is still a heat advisory. My doctor wants me off for two more weeks at least, then we will talk about me going back, part time initially and working back up to full time. I am beginning to think I may have downplayed the seriousness of this.
