Did I say 'Normal'?
Well this is as close to 'normal' as you are going to get today.

Three layers used here.
1) the original image
2) a layer with the green and yellow partially desaturated.
3) a duplicate layer given a gaussian blur

Masks were used to allow holes to be punched into layers 2 & 3 so the butterflies and flowers were'nt blurred and the butterflies and a few flowers weren't desaturated. Opacity was reduced on the blurred layer to allow some detail to show through.
