Sunset over Derwentwater.

During the day I managed to get out to the Lodge and get the grass cut.  We have been so busy and away so much it was past time for a cut.

In the evening we decided on a drive out to Derwentwater.  I don't often visit Keswick in season and was more than a little surprised at the numbers of people.  The area around the boat hire was teeming with people, more even than I described yesterday as being like Blackpool!

We had a very pleasant walk taking shots all the way.  I decided to use this one as it was a bit different to the other shots.   One of the features of being along the Lake was the number of people enjoying it in various ways.  Canoeing, launch trips, two young ladies even swam round Derwent Isle.
