Haitian car registration

I went to the OAVCT on Place St. Pierre to start the paperwork to transfer the title of the car we've had for over a year finally to my name. In time to then sell it as I'm leaving in August...

The process for this was not entirely clear (imagine the DMV, but in Haiti), but luckily people were much more helpful as we were two ladies! Still missing my Haitian driver's license and then it should all be done.
