Carrefour

Driving through Carrefour; a city in the PaP metropolitan area that is at high risk for many natural hazards: tsunami, storm surge, liquefaction, and of course earthquakes. It's also highly informal, so the homes are under flood lines, many roads are not paved, and sanitation is a huge problem.
