Notes: Very sticky run first thing and cooled off in the pool. Sat out in the morning some with computer and then worked inside. To the beach for an hour in the afternoon - beautiful green water. Sat out for a bit in the evening with friends and neighbors - George and Ann (from Ottawa, originally Trinidad), Al and Trish.
