Palm Hearts

Hotter today but still it is keeping cooler of an evening.

The little Bat from yesterday managed to find his way out, hopefully safely back with it's pals.   thanks for the stars for him.

We went into Roquetas this morning, Al had to go to the Bank to order a new Bank Card as his has cracked, although still worked in the machine.   Went to visit our friend who lives there and had a coffee with her.

We saw these Palm Hearts in the local Carrefour yesterday, but had to wait until today to try them as they have to be served chilled.   We have not seen them before or heard of them.   Not to my taste I am afraid, but Al said they were OK.   Apparently they are harvested from the inner core and growing bud of certain palm trees!

We keep trying these different things.
