Cardamom and cinnamon rolls.

I was having a tidy up this morning and came across one of the many free magazines the supermarkets give out. ( this was a Tesco one from March...) I usually have a flick through, then tear out any recipe that I think I might make. ( this is sometimes followed by making the dish, but more often by having a big pile of torn out recipes...)

Today was the day for making an enriched dough- the holidays give plenty of time for indulging in time consuming baking...
