Wee Kelpies

Snapped the wee kelpies in Edinburgh's west end as we left my event at the Edinburgh Book Festival tonight. Julia Donaldson, creator of the Gruffalo, and myself discussed our work in translation under the expert direction of the excellent Lucinda Byatt. Thundered back up the M/A9 in my shouty Renegade to our lovely lodge at the Duchally estate to relax with a bottle of Pino Grigio and and BLT.
