Chester zoo

Today is our last day in Chester. We went out for breakfast at Hanky Panky Pancakes, shich was a great hit. We need one of those in Worthing!
Then we said goodbye to my sister and her partner and went to the zoo. Chester zoo, it turns out, is one of the best on the country...who knew. We walked round for about five hours looking at a huge variety of animals. The penguins were a favourite. Partly because there was a window looking in to the underwater part and a group of toddlers crowded round, who shreaked with joy every time a penguin swam by... every. time. It never got old!

Then a five hour drive home. Not so fun, but we were happy to sleep in our own beds after all that.
