A drive to Gulf Harbour for an errand this afternoon. Typical Auckland weather with alternating rain and sun. Fortunately not wet when I had to be outside, and not wet when I took this shot (though you can see the evidence). These blooms don't last long and quickly seem to get rather battered looking with brown blotches.
