Renewal

Headed over to Fife today to visit Lochore Meadows Country Park.  A former mining area, now made into a leisure park.  There is a loch with lots of different tuition for yachting, kayaking, windsurfing etc.  We took the boy's bike and he cycled the route round the loch while we walked.  A pleasant enough stroll of around 4 miles.  It felt good to be out and about.
