Good day . ( That's a resume of today not a greeting , although it could be that aswell )

Girls at their Dad's which, by the law of the universe, means I was awake at 6am. Went down to Lister Park for the Parkrun at 9 and knocked 41 seconds off my last personal best. No idea how but am not complaining .

After a few hours of sitting still and watching a film with an impossibly intricate and duplicitous plot, which I still don't understand ( Yes that's right it was a Scooby Doo ) i got restless so went into Bradford for a ten minute shopping spree. Shopping is only fun in extreme circumstances and today was one of those.

Quick wander through the fountains also before an evening with a friend and a carpet picnic .

All is well.
