Cape Town in three parts.

Sunrise, it gets light a lot later down here.

The view from our table at lunch, very hard to go back to a windowless conference room.

And, the mountain with its tablecloth on as we headed back to our accommodation.

A quick change and Uber down to the Waterfront where I am about to dig into to some huge prawns and a stir fry.

A pretty good day all in all.

I just hope that sleep does not elude me again tonight.
