Montbretia in the rain

Not much time today so a quick garden blip in the rain !!
The cocosmias, commonly called montbretia, have just started to flower.
I also took out the mystery object from yesterday to photograph so it got wet too !!
  Sometimes known as a debobbler or lint remover
Thanks everyone for the great guesses especially well done to Miffy who was more or less right with shaver - it is a clothes shaver !!
