Lake Junaluska

We were in the NC mountains and I had time to take photos at one of my favorite  places, Lake Junaluska, NC.  We lived there from 1989-1996.  Junaluska was a well respected Cherokee Indian chief.  This shot is along the 1/4 mile rose walk looking across part of the late with the Blue Ridge mountains in the distance. The extra photo is Memorial Chapel, a popular spot for worship and weddings.  Lake Junaluska is the headquarters for the United Methodist Church for the Southeastern United States.
