After a few days of absolutely brilliant weather change is on the way. Cooler, wet in the morning but not too bad. Off into Interlaken again and because it was a wee bit too cold for the lake we took ourselves off to the Bödelibad instead. A fantastic indoor and outdoor swimming pool in the European style i.e. a place that you can easily spend the day with sitting areas around the sides, no fancy gimmicks but clean, warm, not too crowded and with a diving board. The +3s loved it.

The pool reminded us of the old posters you used to see in UK swimming baths - with the exception of smoking the life guard didn't seem too fussed about anything else (including the teenage couple indulging in an extended snogging session...)

There may have been a bit of shopping for +1/3 too: I don't think he would have let us leave Switzerland without buying a new Swiss Army Knife.
