Birthing Ball

A morning of tidying and hoovering and dusting and a bit of shopping. The afternoon was much more pleasant, Tea and cake with Lynsey and then a catch up with Aideen before results day tomorrow. This evening will involve moving my backside between the sofa and the birthing ball and I will perhaps watch One Born Every Minute.
