Cullen Skink

When in Cullen ... well it just had to be Cullen Skink for lunch today. It's the town's speciality - a thick soup made of smoked haddock, potatoes and onion, usually served with a chunky piece of bread. I have to say that for a satisfying lunch, it's got to be hard to beat!
