Walk to wall sunshine as long as you got home by 4 o'clock. Lol!

Early morning run in the sun. A pleasant stroll at the canal later.....lots of lucky holidaymakers enjoying Lochaber at its finest.

And a much needed visit to the hairdresser.....blonde no more and a move to a return to 'nature'....it may or may not last!
