A day of gardening!

If you can call it that!

We cleared the front flower bed that the local cats use as a loo! Then sprinkled a powder that is supposed to deter them……we will wait to see if it works!.  Not being confident, I then covered the area with black ground cover material. I will replant through that when I have decide what is going in.

A grand chopping down job in the back garden as we removed half a dozen small trees / bushes.  The plan is to replace the fence and as we need access, some of the greenery has to go.

I hadn't realised how brown / bare our grass is, we have had very little rain over the summer, so something has to suffer.
