Scottish ShortBread

Got this shortbread from M&S and the breads were designed to an assortment of scottish symbols. This one here is the Scottish Celtic Cross. Other designs were thistle, St Andrew's cross, fleur de lys, and Scotland's Coat of Arms.

Today I signed a contract for the house that I am going to be staying until I finish my PhD. It is going to be very near the lab/uni. It is cheaper than my current accommodation and i dont need to buy a bus pass to travel from uni to the flat. I will start moving my things from the start of September and probably start staying in my new accommodation by Sept 12. I will definitely miss Minty.
