Tired bee

Today I realised that a lot of my microscopy isn't right as I don't know whether the photos are of the back or front of petals and that could affect my results massively. Oh well - I'm getting quick at prep work so should be able to do another round next week easily enough!

I was walking through the garden when I saw this bee on the path. I picked it up and put it on this lily and, as soon as I did, it began drinking the nectar and was much more active. Bees are lovely!
