We had a reunion for my Egypt team tonight. One of my contacts moved to the Springs, so of course I soaked in all he had to say about the political culture, religious tensions, and living standards within Egypt. I ended up being coaxed into digressing my love for the middle east, specially Iraq. I actually abhor being the center of conversation and attention at parties but this time I guess it was God ordained. After I explained my heart, these dear friends of mine spoke specific truth and encouragement over my passion for the middle east. Powerful prayer, authentic community. I am exactly where I am meant to be. Alhmdallah.
