...that the recipe will make enough for everyone. Apparently, there really is no need to double the quantities given in the recipe, but I did anyway and ended up with 60 cookies that required six baking sheets. The cookies are too soft to remove to a cooling rack so have to remain on the baking sheets until completely cool, which meant that I almost ran out of bits of metal to chuck cookie dough onto.
