Another dull dreich day

It's another dull dreich day, it doesn't look as though it is going to get any better.
Another night of very little sleep, waking to the sound of my tinnitus :-(
June is being a horrible month, so much sadness and anger around me.
I have nothing going for me at all at the moment, except for fear, anxiety and self loathing.
It is all my fault, it can only be me :-(
So lost for words at times :-(
