best laid plans

We had big plans of READING....and keeping up with her math skills....and some keyboarding work with summer.  Almost NONE of it has happened.  We have been too busy having fun, and to be quite frank, Sugar has been away from home too much to get any sort of work done.  She has read some...but not nearly enough. She is so out of the habit.  

I picked her up Tuesday after work, and we had a nice evening watching some back episodes of our show, and then reading in bed.  School is almost here, and it is going to be an unpleasant awakening, I fear.
