Pauline's Living Room

It's also her husband Reuven's, of course, but our enormously creative hostess is responsible for the entire decor, and most notably all the original works of art. Everything on the wall is Pauline's--the paintings, and the four small mirrors on the left, framed with ceramics and mosaics.  She made the pillow covers from silk scarves.  There is much more in the rest of the house, adding immeasurably the pleasure of our visit.  Gardens fill the large back yard--sloping down from the house--as well as the small front yard.  I will try to blip them in the next few days.  We're in Santa Monica, if you're curious.
