Action day!

Today Mr P and myself did a stretch of the Wales Coast Path that we've been promising to do since the start of the season.

It was quite challenging in parts with some quite steep climbs but well worth the effort. We did an eight mile stretch in some glorious sunshine and a warm breeze.

On top of this my Grandsons cyclied the 15k Minor Taur trail at Coed y Brenin.
Here they are after we had taken them to the start.
