Fundraising fine line

I have just placed my order for these fundraising badges for the sangam pool redevelopment - the problem with creating a fundraising badge is you have to weigh up cost of production with possible final cost and interest ie sales - I've asked before and had a good response but now that I've placed the order and asked people to purchase, I have only sold around 25 badges which means I am massively out of pocket. Hope sales pick up
